By booking, accessing, or using our services or website, you agree to the following terms and policies.

Terms & Conditions
1. Services Provided
Mariposas Cleaning provides professional cleaning services including:
- Residential Cleaning
- Commercial Cleaning
- Deep Cleaning Services
- Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
- Recurring Cleaning Services
Services are customized based on the Client’s needs and property conditions.
2. Scheduling & Property Access
Clients are responsible for providing accurate access instructions before scheduled appointments, including:
- Gate codes
- Door codes
- Parking instructions
- Alarm instructions
- Access to water and electricity
Failure to provide proper access may result in delays, cancellation, or additional charges.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice may result in a $70 cancellation fee.
If our team arrives and cannot access the property, the appointment may also be subject to cancellation fees.
4. Cleaning Conditions
Cleaning rates are based on average property conditions.
Excessive dirt, buildup, trash, strong odors, unsafe conditions, or unusually time-consuming jobs may result in additional charges.
Mariposas Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in unsafe or hazardous environments.
5. Biohazard & Unsafe Materials
Our team does not handle biohazard materials including but not limited to:
- Human or animal waste
- Blood or bodily fluids
- Mold infestations
- Hazardous chemicals
- Sewage backups
If these conditions are present, service may be refused or stopped immediately.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If any area was missed or not cleaned properly, the Client must notify us within 24 hours after service completion.
We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue in a timely manner.
7. Limits of Liability
Mariposas Cleaning is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Improperly secured items
- Damage caused by faulty installations
- Loss or damage caused by third parties
Clients must notify us before service of any fragile, valuable, or delicate items.
8. Additional Services
Additional cleaning requests outside the original booking may result in additional charges.
Additional services may include:
- Inside appliances
- Interior windows
- Laundry services
- Organization services
- Extra rooms or spaces
9. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the agreed invoice or booking terms.
Late payments, declined cards, or unpaid balances may result in suspension of future services.
10. Pets
Clients are responsible for securing pets that may interfere with the cleaning process or create unsafe working conditions.
Aggressive pets must be safely contained during service appointments.
11. Commercial Cleaning Conditions
Commercial clients agree to provide safe and accessible working environments during scheduled cleaning services.
Mariposas Cleaning is not responsible for interruptions caused by employees, customers, or restricted areas during service.
12. Deep Cleaning Services
Deep cleaning services are more extensive than standard cleaning and may require additional time depending on the condition of the property.
Results may vary depending on buildup, staining, age, and prior maintenance conditions.
13. Non-Solicitation of Staff
Clients agree not to directly hire or privately contract Mariposas Cleaning employees introduced through our services without prior written consent from the Company.
14. Changes to Terms & Policies
Mariposas Cleaning reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
